Do you want to workout out less but lose more weight?
When you are over 40, it is a real challenge to lose weight. It is an even heavier challenge to keep it off. Before you were 40, it was easier to maintain a healthy and fit body – it felt like you didn’t have to put real effort. But since age 40, no matter what you do, you are gaining weight …
When you approach middle age, your body works differently than when you were younger. The exercises that you did and the foods that you ate are no longer enough to give you the youthful appearance you desire. On top of that, your body has changed, and you can’t take on the heavy workouts of people younger than you.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t stay in shape. You aren’t doomed to a life of obesity and osteoporosis – two of the main killers of aging people. You certainly can do exercise and diet and get back in prime and top shape even better than before.
When you are older and have more considerations, you have to focus on the least amount of effort that produces the most results. You have to know the foods to eat and workouts to do that fits your needs as someone who is approaching middle age. Steve Holman’s Old School New Body is one program that has helped many people over 40 become healthier, more fit, and look younger.
What is Old School New Body F4X?
Old School New Body is a weight loss and body-shaping program that consists of doing exercises and eating foods created for people who are older. The system consists of three phases:
- F4X LEAN Workout
- F4X SHAPE Workout
- POF (Positions of Flexion)
Depending on your needs, you may only need to do one phase of the F4X workout plan to get the body you want. Most people do fine just following the F4X LEAN Workout. This workout is designed to help you do the minimum exercise necessary to get into shape and get a healthy body.
If you want fast results, you can continue to the F4X SHAPE Workout. This workout is heavy, but you will get results fast by following this phase. If you have not been exercising for a long time, it’s better to start with the LEAN Workout and continue the SHAPE Workout if you still need it.
The F4X training system is created to give you a simple approach to weight loss. If you have tried other programs that feel too heavy and didn’t succeed, then this program can be a great fit for you. Read more information about the full program in my Old School New Body F4X review.
